With more than 30 years of experience in Christian education, she has served as a teacher, principal, academic dean, curriculum designer, and educational consultant in the United States and Europe. Ms. Willen holds a Master of Education and is currently completing her Ph.D. in Educational Leadership at Regent University, where her research focuses on worldview formation and mission drift in Christian higher education. She is passionate about helping schools cultivate wisdom, virtue, curiosity, and a love of learning rooted in a biblical worldview. She played a pivotal role in launching Lorien Wood’s High School program, teaching math and science as well as high school electives.
