Welcome

Lorien Wood School, in Vienna, Virginia, is a Christ-centered private school serving grades K-8.  Founded in 2004, Lorien Wood features small, mixed-age classes and a strong emphasis on character development and community. Our purpose is to help children explore God’s world and discover their place in it by cultivating their character, intellect, and imagination. 

Lorien Wood's eight-acre campus is at 8200 Bell Lane, Vienna, Virginia 22182.  We are located near the intersection of Gallows Road and Cedar Lane, which is conveniently accessible via I-495, I-66, the Dulles Toll Road, and Route 7. [See a map]

Admissions
For the 2012-13 school year, Lorien Wood will hold Open Houses for interested families on the following dates in the coming school year:
  • November 7, 2011 at 7:30 pm
  • January 9, 2012 at 7:30 pm
  • January 19, 2012 at 9:30 am
Open Houses are held at Lorien Wood, 8200 Bell Lane, Vienna, Virginia 22182.
