Kristen Tamulonis (First Grade)
Kristen Tamulonis joined the Lorien Wood faculty in 2013. She received her B.A. in Elementary Education from Notre Dame of Maryland University and her Masters in Integrated Curriculum and Instruction from Covenant College. Prior to joining our faculty as the First Grade Teacher, Kristen taught kindergarten for several years in Baltimore, Maryland. She avidly pursues introducing children to drama and music, both in the classroom and in her many years as the director of a summer musical camp in Baltimore.
Kristen finds joy in helping the Lord's young children to know and respond to His love and in introducing them to the great delights of reading and writing. When not in the classroom, Kristen loves to fill her time with books, tea, family, friends, writing, and enjoying God's creation.
